Planner Assistant

Looking for a Planner Assistant to support inventory planning and operational processes for a growing organization in the Hollister area! This position is responsible for reviewing reports and data, identifying inventory needs based on established quality parameters, and creating work requests to support daily operations.

Job Description:

Review reports and data to identify inventory requirements based on established guidelines
Create testing lists and work schedules from reviewed information
Generate work orders and process requests as needed
Monitor and track work lists based on priority and deadlines
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
Assist with inventory planning and workflow coordination
Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Qualifications:

Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) products is a plus
ERP systems and databases
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $19 - $21hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
