Payroll Specialist – Temporary
Hiring Immediately!

Shift: 1st (8:00am – 4:00pm, M-F)
Pay: Based on Experience
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Duties include:

  • Maintain and administer the timekeeping system and payroll database

  • Review and audit payroll reports for accuracy and compliance

  • Verify employee schedules, accruals, and payroll items

  • Provide payroll data and general ledger entries to Accounting

  • Coordinate workflows between Payroll and HR

  • Manage employee direct deposits, tax withholdings, and deductions

  • Partner with IT for payroll system updates and reliability

  • Complete Verification of Employment requests

  • Perform other payroll-related duties as needed
