Job Description

Position Overview
We're seeking a reliable Payroll & Administrative Clerk to process payroll, maintain accurate employee records, and provide administrative support to our client’s accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process weekly payroll and review time records for accuracy
  • Maintain employee payroll information and confidential records
  • Prepare payroll reports, audits, reconciliations, and year-end payroll activities
  • Manage timekeeping records and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department
  • Perform other office duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Associate degree and payroll experience preferred
  • Experience with ADP, Paychex, or similar payroll software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational, data entry, and communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
