Be the Engine Behind Production
Looking for a hands-on role where your work keeps production moving and makes a real impact every day? We’re hiring a Parts Puller / Material Handler to support our paint and production operations in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

In this role, you’ll be the link between parts storage and the paint line—organizing, staging, and preparing materials so production runs smoothly and on schedule. If you like staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a crew that values accuracy, teamwork, and pride in what they produce, this could be a great fit.

You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping production moving by moving, organizing, and staging parts using material handling equipment. You’ll pull and sort parts by type and color using system-generated lists, label and prepare them for the paint line, and help ensure production schedules stay on track. Along the way, you’ll inspect materials, report any damaged parts, and keep storage areas clean, organized, and efficient. You’ll also wrap, skid, and secure materials for safe handling while following all safety standards and using required PPE.
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a manufacturing or shop environment. You’re comfortable staying on your feet, lifting and moving materials throughout your shift, and you take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. If you’re eager to learn, reliable, and motivated to contribute to a strong production team, you’ll fit right in.
