Job Description

PARAEDUCATORS
Advance Services, Inc. is looking for dependable and caring individuals to work as Paraeducators within the school systems. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference by supporting students and teachers in an educational setting. 

Wage: $15.25-$19.00 DOE
Shift: Day shift- 8:00am-4:00pm, part time and full time opportunities available
Job Duties

  • Assist teachers in classroom instruction for individuals or small groups

  • Support students with special needs, including behavior guidance and personalized instruction

  • Help students with personal care needs (e.g. toileting, feeding, or mobility) when necessary

  • Supervise students in common areas such as lunchrooms, recess, and bus loading/unloading

  • Assist in preparing materials, organizing classroom spaces, and tracking student progress

  • Follow and help implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as directed

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all student interactions

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the teacher or school administration
Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
