Job Description

Palletizer Operator – Day & Night Shift
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Pay: $18.34 per hour
Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day) or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night)
Schedule: Swing Schedule

We’re looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Palletizer Operators. In this role, you’ll operate equipment that stacks and organizes finished mail trays on pallets, keeping production running smoothly and safely.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a leading employer in the Chicagoland area.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate palletizing equipment and monitor stacking patterns

  • Load/unload pallets and clear jams as needed

  • Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials

  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures

  • Assist teammates and communicate with supervisors

  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistent production flow
