PackSmart Operator – Level 2

Advance Services Inc. is hiring experienced PackSmart Operators (Level 2) who are ready to take ownership, lead teams, and keep production running at peak performance. This role is ideal for hands-on operators who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to grow their technical and leadership skills.
As a PackSmart Operator, you’ll work closely with the Lead Operator to set up, run, and troubleshoot advanced packaging equipment—while guiding a production team to hit quality, efficiency, and safety targets every shift.


Job Description:
 
  • Safely operate PackSmart equipment with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and uptime
  • Support and train machine operators on proper setup, operation, and best practices
  • Lead a production team to consistently meet or exceed shift goals
  • Perform machine setups, changeovers, adjustments, and calibrations (cameras, sensors, etc.)
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime
  • Review production data, first articles, and documentation to ensure quality compliance
  • Conduct routine quality audits and enforce work instructions and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and production-ready work environment
  • Take full ownership of shift performance, reliability, and results

Requirements and Qualifications:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of recent experience in a high-volume manufacturing or production environment
  • Hands-on experience with machine operation (CNC, printing press, glue machinery, or similar equipment)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with computers, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid math, reading, and communication skills (English required)
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced production setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with root cause analysis and corrective actions

Work Schedules:
1st Shift Monday - Thursday - 4:00 am to 2:30 pm
  • $18.00 PH
2nd Shift Monday - Thursday – 2:30pm to 1:00 am
  • $19.60 PH
Weekend Shift – Friday, Saturday and Sunday – 4:00am to 4:00pm
  • $18.00 PH
