Job Description


Immediately Seeking! – Production Worker

$19/hr | Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm | Saturdays as needed | Overhead Crane Experience Encouraged!

Join our team producing metal products including sheets, rods, coils, rounds, and beams. Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, mills, saws, shears, and forklifts while maintaining safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently

  • Handle metal products: load, unload, feed materials, and remove finished items

  • Inspect products for quality and conformance to specifications

  • Lubricate machines and clear waste materials

  • Measure, mark, and identify parts accurately

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

  • Record production data and package finished products for shipping

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior production or manufacturing experience

  • Overhead crane experience is a big plus!

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment awareness

  • Safety-focused mindset and proper use of PPE

  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
