Job Description


Oven Operator- 2nd Shift
Hours: Monday-Friday (1:30pm-10:00pm)
Hourly Rate: $21/hour

Overview: 
- Operate and monitor process ovens to ensure products meet safety and quality standards. Complete required temperature and production documentation.

Job Duties: 
- Load and unload product from ovens.
- Maintain oven temperatures between 165°F–175°F.
- Monitor and record temperatures, product information, moisture, and water activity.
- Label product racks and maintain accurate documentation.

Job Requirements: 
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
