Production Operator – 2nd Shift

 Columbia, MO |  2:45 PM – 11:15 PM | $15.00/hr

Advance Services is seeking motivated individuals to join our 2nd shift crew as a Production Associate in Columbia, MO. Whether you’re new to manufacturing or ready to get back into a hands-on role, this is your chance to grow with a company that’s all about reliability, quality, and teamwork.
 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operate production presses and assembly lines 

  • Inspect and process parts according to job instructions (JOS)

  • Rework and repackage parts when needed

  • Align and assemble components into complete units

  • Meet daily/weekly production quotas

  • Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

  • Follow instructions from your supervisor and be a team player
 What You Bring to the Team:

  • A dependable work ethic and commitment to showing up on time

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically

  • Able to stand for an entire 8-hour shift

  • Willingness to follow company policies and safety guidelines

  • Basic understanding of quality control
