Operations Lead

Pay rate: $12/hr

We are seeking an Operations Lead to support the Operations Coordinator in daily activities, ensuring smooth workflow, safety, and effective team leadership within the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow and enforce operational instructions and procedures

  • Support the Operations Coordinator in daily tasks

  • Ensure safety standards are met for all operators

  • Lead and supervise the work area and team performance

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Alternating Saturdays (half day or full day based on operational needs)

  • Flexibility in schedule required

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to follow instructions and ensure compliance

  • Commitment to workplace safety
