Offsite Operator/Breakroom - Harvest

Durant, IA
6:00AM-6:30PM (Hours will Vary)
5-6 days/week
Pay: $18.00/hr. + Weekly Pay

Join our harvest team as an Offsite Operator/Breakroom! Coordinate offsite loads, assist with unloading trucks, and communicate with team members to keep operations running smoothly. This fast-paced role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Job Duties:

Coordinate offsite loads.
Aid in unloading trucks on conveyers.
Workers will be working in a dusty and noisy environment.
Communication will be via radio and verbal face to face with Team
Lead.
Will be receiving direction from Team lead or supervisor on bulk product to load offsite.
Cleaning corn sorter breakroom and restrooms

Requirements:

Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate customer service skills
Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to maintain and protect confidential information
Attention to detail
Valid drivers license
