Office Assistant/Accounts Receivable – Temporary 2-3 months

Location: Janesville, IA
Shift: Flexible, 8am-12pm Mon-Fri
Pay: $17-18/hour 
  
Advance Services is now hiring a temporary office assistant/accounts receivable clerk! This position will be filling in for the team and helping manage the workload while supporting where they can. This is a great opportunity for those looking to build a career with a leading employer in Iowa! Apply TODAY! 

  
Job Duties:
  • Direct clients, customers, and walk-ins as needed at the front desk
  • Create folders, invoices, and bills for inbound and outbound
  • Must be proficient with MS Office 
  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
