NPD Coordinator

Looking for a proactive New Product Development Coordinator that will support the project management team with coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, tracking budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time in a fast paced environment!

Job Description:

Provide administrative and coordination support to the NPD Program Manager and project management team as needed.
Coordinate activities between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to support smooth project execution.
Support the creation of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource assignments.
Assist in developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure alignment across teams.
Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and support cross-functional collaboration.
Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and report deviations as needed.
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation such as status reports, meeting minutes, and deliverables.
Build, update, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of all tasks and deliverables.
Assist in preparing materials for program reviews and presentations.
Serve as a central communication point for project teams, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous involvement with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Understanding of aerospace/defense standards and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of project coordination experience, preferably within aerospace or defense.

Pay: $35 - $38/HR.
Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
