Job Duties
Work in a manufacturing environment performing deburring, inspection, sawing, wash and pack, and other shop duties as needed. Responsibilities include:
  • Review blueprints, part drawings, specifications, and work instructions to determine proper processes and tolerances.
  • Determine the best deburring method to produce high-quality finished parts.
  • Inspect parts and identify visual or dimensional concerns and out-of-tolerance conditions.
  • Use SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods to monitor quality and support continuous improvement.
  • Accurately document measurements, production levels, and other required information.
  • Follow work instructions, company quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Operate forklifts and lifting devices to safely move parts and materials.
  • Maintain equipment, tooling, gauges, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as required.
  • Assist other departments and the shop as directed by the supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. No previous experience is necessary—on-the-job training is provided!

Candidates must have good manual dexterity, the ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to work accurately, communicate with supervisors, and take responsibility for the quality of their work.
Safety Requirements
Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Must maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and properly operate machinery, forklifts, and other equipment as trained.
