Mixing/Grinding Associate – Join a Growing Local Team in Central Missouri!
Are you dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team that keeps Missouri moving? We’re looking for a Mixing/Grinding Associate to join our crew right here in New Franklin, MO!

If you take pride in doing quality work, enjoy hands-on tasks, and like being part of a friendly, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the Mixing and Grinding process — from temping and preparing raw meat to blending spices and transferring products to coolers.

  • Help keep things running smoothly with end-of-day cleaning and general production support.

  • Lift up to 50 lbs and follow all provided food safety guidelines.

  • Work hard, stay safe, and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your efforts pay off every day.
