Mill Operator 

Wilton, IA
5:00AM-2:30PM | Monday-Friday 
Pay starting at $18/hr. + Weekly Pay

Join our team in Wilton, IA, and operate and monitor mill equipment, handle steel materials, and help produce high-quality products in a safety-focused environment. Enjoy steady work, overtime opportunities and weekly pay. 

Job Duties:
  • Operate mill equipment to process and shape steel according to production requirements
  • Monitor machinery during operation and make basic adjustments as needed
  • Load and unload steel materials using cranes, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment
  • Inspect materials for quality, dimensions, and defects
  • Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and safety instructions
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical or safety issues
