Material Stocker / Driver Support

Pay: $23.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Riverdale, IA

We are hiring a dependable Material Stocker / Driver Support to assist with loading, unloading, and staging building materials while supporting delivery drivers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and consistent weekday hours. Training is provided.

What You’ll Do:

  • Load and secure trucks in compliance with company policies and DOT regulations

  • Support delivery drivers by staging, moving, and protecting building materials

  • Safely unload and handle materials per customer specifications

  • Lift and move materials weighing 70 lbs or more throughout the day

  • Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and team members

  • Follow OSHA guidelines and all company safety procedures

  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Participate in periodic inventory counts as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety awareness

  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

  • Willingness to work a consistent 40–50 hour workweek

  • Previous warehouse, stocking, or material handling experience preferred
