Job Description

Material Handler – Galesburg, IL $18/hr
Are you organized, safety-focused, and ready to keep production moving? We are currently hiring a Material Handler in Galesburg, IL to support manufacturing operations through inventory handling, inspection, documentation, and material movement.
Job Duties
  • Inspect materials for defects, damage, or shortages
  • Count and document incoming receipts and materials using paperwork and SAP data entry
  • Document defects, damages, or shortages through paperwork and tagging procedures
  • Stage material needs with manufacturing teams, plant managers, and production supervisors
  • Coordinate replenishment of material shortages with the purchasing department
  • Safely operate hand carts, pallet trucks, and forklifts
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
