Job Description

Material Coordinator Planner
Pay: $24-$26 based on experience
Join Our Team as a Material Coordinator Planner and be a vital part of our manufacturing operations! In this dynamic role, you will oversee inventory management, develop precise production schedules, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless material flow. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands, enhance operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives. If you're passionate about planning, problem-solving, and driving production success, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret inventory data and forecast variances
Excellent communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in planning software and reporting tools
Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously and resolve issues proactively
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production scheduling best practices

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with ERP systems and production planning software
Background in supply chain management or logistics
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
Prior experience supporting new product rollouts or project management activities

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field
2+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, inventory control, or a similar role within a production environment

Other Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Flexibility to support shift requirements or overtime as necessary
Strong documentation skills, including maintaining detailed reports and communication records
