Marketing Coordinator – 1st Shift
Hours: 8:00am–4:30pm (Mon–Fri)
Pay: Salary
Overview:
- Support daily marketing operations by creating content, maintaining digital platforms, and assisting with campaigns, reporting, and events.
Job Duties:
-Â Manage social media content (posts, images, videos, copy)
-Â Update company website (WordPress) and maintain CRM (HubSpot)
-Â Create and edit marketing materials (flyers, spec sheets, presentations)
-Â Support sales team, track leads, and generate reports
-Â Maintain databases, quoting platforms, and competitor research
-Â Assist with trade show planning and marketing projects
-Â Handle webstore updates, reporting, and administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or 3+ years of marketing/admin experience
-Â Experience managing business social media accounts
-Â Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
-Â Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Preferred:
-Â Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
-Â Content creation and basic video editing skills
