2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor

Start your next career in Grand Island, NE as a Manufacturing Supervisor/Leadperson, helping ensure production runs smoothly, quality standards are met, and team members are guided and motivated to achieve company goals. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment where attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving skills are key.
Job Duties
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Guide and motivate team members by effectively delegating tasks, fostering a positive work environment, and aligning team efforts with company goals.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of production processes, quality control methods, and the tools required to support efficient operations.
  • Identify and resolve issues that impact production efficiency, quality, or safety.
Schedule
Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday–Thursday; overtime may be scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays
Hours: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Pay

$23 per hour / DOE
