Manufacturing Production Assistant (Full-Time) – Build Something Bigger in Central Missouri!

Pay: $16/hr+ 
Schedule: Monday-Thursday
Time: 6:00am-4:30pm

? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the production team with hands-on assistance on the manufacturing floor

  • Prepping materials, managing supplies, and ensuring everything’s ready for a smooth workflow

  • Inspecting parts, packaging products, and assisting with quality control

  • Helping keep workstations clean, safe, and organized — safety is a team effort!

  • Pitching in wherever needed — because you’re the kind of person who gets things DONE
? What We’re Looking For:

  • A dependable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to lift, move, and stay active throughout the shift — this job keeps you moving!

  • Someone who takes direction well but isn’t afraid to show initiative

  • Previous factory or production experience is a plus, but we’re ready to train the right person
