Manual Machinist – 1st Shift
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay: $30/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Advance Services is looking to add a career-minded machinist to our team. We are looking for someone with a quality-focused and continuous improvement mindset. In this position, you will assist with daily production and scheduling and setup of manual machines. You will get to work with a variety of materials and components and work through special setups for customer projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual and special-purpose machines to produce precision parts
- Fabricate parts according to specifications, blueprints, and instructions
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards
- Maintain equipment and perform basic machine maintenance
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Identify and resolve manufacturing or process issues efficiently
- Associate degree or completion of an apprenticeship in Machine/Tool and Die Technology
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to set up and run manual equipment such as mills, lathes, and grinders
- Experience working in a quality-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
