Job Description

Maintenance Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shifts
? Pay: $27.42/hr + $2/hr shift bonus
? Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role is key to keeping our production facility running smoothly, safe, and efficient. If you’ve got hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and grounds

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical (AC/DC), mechanical, and plumbing issues

  • Diagnose defects, determine root causes, and recommend long-term solutions

  • Complete installation and small fabrication projects independently or with a team

  • Use manuals, resources, and maintenance software to track work and order parts

  • Safely operate tools and equipment (forklift, welder, torch, multimeter, fabrication tools, etc.)

  • Support Vision Systems and X-Ray equipment as needed

  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow company policies and training
What We’re Looking For:

  • Mechanical or industrial maintenance degree and at least 1 year of related experience (or equivalent)

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing best practices

  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Strong computer skills (maintenance management software experience a plus)

  • Active driver’s license (must meet company driving requirements for some roles)
Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly stand, walk, use hands, and lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally 100 lbs)

  • Work in varied environments, including around machinery, heights, chemicals, and moderate-to-loud noise
