Our Food Service Packaging plant in Plymouth, IN, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to keep our operation running smoothly and efficiently. This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, ensuring production stays on track while advancing your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What You Will Do:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure
Tackle electrical troubleshooting, including circuit diagnosis, schematic reading, and wiring repairs
Diagnose and resolve complex issues in pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems on production machinery
Conduct preventative maintenance, including lubricating parts, measuring wear, and ensuring optimal operation
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, supporting safety and efficiency
Operate forklifts, hoists, and other heavy equipment as needed
Collaborate with team members and contractors to improve maintenance processes

Required Skills:

Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical circuits, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Experience with complex pneumatic and hydraulic systems on production equipment
Knowledge of mechanical gearboxes, motors, timing, and alignments
Familiarity with NFPA 70E standards and safety protocols
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Basic math skills, tape measure reading (to 1/16”), and some computer skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and work throughout the entire shift (standing, walking, bending, kneeling)
