Job Description

Maintenance Technician (HVAC Specialist) $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician (HVAC Specialist) to join our team. This role is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of school building systems, with a strong emphasis on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair building systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Maintain supply inventories
  • Coordinate with other maintenance personnel
  • Support school events and operations
  • Service pool equipment and ensure safe water chemical levels
  • Work in challenging environments and handle physical tasks
  • Flexibility for overtime or on-call duty
