Machine Maintenance Technician

Location: Mount Pleasant, IA
Shift/Schedule: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM | 4–6 days/week
Pay: $23.00–$26.00/hour (based on experience)

Advance your career as a Maintenance Technician! In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment. This Maintenance Technician position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance (PMs)
Diagnose and complete day-to-day machine repairs
Operate machinery while following safety and production standards
Identify and report major mechanical issues to supervisors
Follow all standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and safety
