Pay: $22.19/HR + $1/hr for shift differential
Shift: Nights
Location: Norfolk, NE

Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a hands-on opportunity? We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join a team responsible for keeping equipment and facility operations running safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with equipment, and learning new maintenance skills.
Job Duties:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and assist with repairs and adjustments.
  • Assist with equipment installation, startups, and process improvement projects.
  • Work with the maintenance and operations teams to keep equipment running efficiently.
  • Assist with precision maintenance and reliability activities.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Assist with identifying equipment issues and improving equipment reliability.
  • Follow all safety, quality, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Job Requirements:
  • Previous maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional maintenance responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to safety and detail.
  • Ability to work scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to follow food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
