Maintenance Mechanic

Now Hiring! We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Gilroy, CA.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00
Shift: Varies

What you’ll do:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain machinery to ensure safe and reliable operation
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures
  • Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability efforts

What we’re looking for:
  • Maintenance/mechanical experience in a manufacturing or food-production environment preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work safely around industrial equipment
  • Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work the required shift, including overtime when needed
