$DOE + Shift differentials!
Schedule:
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:00 pm - 12:00 am | $DOE + $2.00/hr shift differential
OR
3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 12:00 am - 8:00 am | $DOE + $3.00/hr shift differential
Job Duties
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems on processing equipment including conveyors, augers, dryers, mixers, and packaging machinery. Complete welding, fabrication, pipefitting, and general facility maintenance as needed. Perform routine equipment inspections, maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders, and support continuous improvement efforts while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Follow all OSHA, FDA, and company safety procedures and assist with additional maintenance duties as assigned.
Safety Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, reaching, kneeling, and working in confined or elevated areas. Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, welders, cutting torches, and maintenance equipment is required. Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with dust, noise, and varying temperatures while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
