Job Description

Machine Operator Support

Are you looking for steady work, great overtime, and an opportunity to grow in manufacturing? Advance Services, Inc. is hiring dependable and motivated individuals to support senior machine operators in a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for hands-on individuals looking to build a long-term manufacturing career. What You’ll Do:

Assist senior machine operators with daily production tasks
Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
Conduct quality inspections, including measuring diameter, length, and other specifications
Accurately record production data using tally sheets and/or computer systems
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

Strong work ethic with a reliable work history
Ability to lift up to 50lbs. regularly
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Dependable team player interested in growth and overtime

Shift/Schedule: Candidates will train on (A) Shift for up to a month, then move to (B) Shift once training is complete

(A) Shift - Monday-Thursday (7am-7pm)
(B) Shift - Monday-Thursday (7pm-7am)
Lots of Overtime Available

Pays: $19.50/hr.
