Production Machine Operator (Peru, IL)
Shift: 1st Shift 7am-7pm. 
Pay: $16.00

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Production Machine Operator to operate equipment, ensure product quality, and support efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Operate, start, and stop production machines
  • Complete hourly production and quality documentation
  • Monitor quality and make minor process adjustments
  • Perform basic setup and operation of robots and equipment
  • Maintain machines, including minor maintenance tasks
  • Operate auxiliary equipment such as balers and stretch wrappers
  • Keep work area clean and support team operations

Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime as needed
