Machine Operator – North Las Vegas, NV

Advance Services Inc. is seeking experienced Machine Operators to support high-volume manufacturing and production operations. This role involves safely setting up, operating, and maintaining electromechanical conveyor systems, motor-driven roller machines, pneumatic conveyor equipment, and similar machinery. Operators will handle raw materials, monitor production efficiency, inspect products for quality, complete required documentation, and pack finished goods according to customer specifications. Strong attention to safety, basic math and computer skills, and prior experience in fast-paced industrial environments are required.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of recent machine operator experience in a high-speed manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Experience with packing and product handling
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Pay: $16.00/hour

Shifts Available (4/10 Schedule, Monday–Thursday):
• 1st Shift: 4:00am – 2:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 1:00am
• Overtime on Fridays as scheduled
