Mount Pleasant, IA
3:00PM-1:00AM | Monday-Friday
$16.50/hr. + Weekly Pay

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform machine adjustments per job instructions
  • Meet and exceed production standards while maintaining quality requirements
  • Communicate job status and production concerns during shift changes
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime

What We’re Looking For:
  • Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Able to stand on concrete for 10–12 hours
  • Willingness to work required overtime
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
  • Eager to learn and grow within the company
