Job Description

Machine Operator
Schedule: 3pm-1am
Pay: $19.50
Are you detail-oriented with a knack for operating machinery efficiently? We’re seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our innovative team and help us produce top-quality products. In this vital role, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operation of die cutting and aerator equipment, playing a key part in our production process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your work, this opportunity is perfect for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Set up and operate die cutting and aerator machinery to meet production specifications.
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine inspections.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Record production data accurately to track efficiency and quality.
Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

Required Skills:

Ability to operate and troubleshoot die cutting and aerator equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Good problem-solving skills to quickly address machine issues.
Basic understanding of production processes and safety procedures.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with manufacturing machinery or in a similar production role.
Knowledge of safety standards and certifications related to manufacturing.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams or instructions.

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Familiarity with safety regulations and PPE requirements.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work variable shifts, including potential overtime.
Willingness to maintain strict safety and quality standards.
Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
