Job Description

Machine Operator 

Location: Mount Pleasant, IA
Shift: 5:30pm – 5:30am
Schedule: 3 days on / 4 days off (rotating)
Pay: $18.10/hr.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate or assist in operating production equipment for envelope manufacturing
  • Read and follow job tickets to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Continuously inspect and measure materials to meet quality standards
  • Stack pallets and assemble/label cartons
  • Work efficiently to meet production goals and maintain a safe work area

What We’re Looking For
  • Ability to read a ruler and measure to 1/16”
  • Able to lift 30–40 lbs regularly
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
