Line Worker

We are currently seeking Line Workers for a frozen food production company in the Castroville area! In this role, you will support daily operations on the production line, helping ensure products are packaged efficiently, safely, and meet quality standards.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Job Description: 
  • Hand-pack products into cases according to specifications
  • Inspect and sort products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient production line
  • Follow all safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures
  • Rework products back into production when necessary
  • Stack and palletize finished goods using designated patterns
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support team members and rotate between different workstations
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements: 
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in cold environments (approx. 30°F)
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed
 
Pay: $17.40/hr
Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Varies)
Hours: 7am - 3:30pm
