Leadperson
 
As a Production Lead you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, motivation, and training to members of your team in Grand Island, NE! 

Job Duties: 
  • Supports daily operations by working alongside team members
  • Acts as backup to the supervisor when needed
  • Promotes a safe and productive work environment
  • Ensures adherence to quality and production standards
  • Provides guidance, coaching, and support to team members
  • Helps resolve issues and minimize scrap
  • Maintains an organized and detail-oriented approach to team goals? 
Pay: $23+/HR DOE 
Shift: 2nd 
Hours: 4:30pm – 3:00am
