Machine operators/Laser dept.

Advance Services Inc. is actively seeking laser operators to work in a busy manufacturing warehouse in pasadena in the laser dept operating, maintaining and troubleshooting laser machinery for cutting drilling adjusting machine perimeters based on material type and thickness.

Pay rate- $ 16.00

1st Shift- 8 am-5pm

Specific responsibilities may include:
  • Work materials and assemble products according to production work orders.
  • Set up and run laser with no programing experience required.
  • Perform operator maintenance on laser
  • Requisitions and load materials
  • Practice good housekeeping to keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Properly identify parts after production is complete.
  • Monitor and replace tools or tooling as needed.
  • Remove metal shavings/chips from equipment in a safe manner.
  • Follow proper speeds and feeds to maximize machine and cutting tool efficiency.
