NOW HIRING: 1st Shift Janitorial / Maintenance Team Member – $16.00/hr
Location: Spring Valley, IL
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday–Friday

Advance Services is hiring immediately for a Janitorial / Maintenance Team Member. This role is part of our maintenance team, performing janitorial duties and general upkeep to keep the facility clean, safe, and well-maintained. The position also includes physical maintenance tasks such as putting up TVs, hanging shelving or décor, rearranging offices, and basic office repairs like paint touch-ups or hiding cables. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable who wants to contribute to a team environment.
