Inspector ll

Apply today as an Inspector to ensure operations and equipment run efficiently in Chico, CA.

Job Duties:

Inspect incoming materials to verify compliance with specifications through visual and dimensional evaluations.
Monitor in-process production by performing visual and measurement inspections, ensuring adherence to specifications, and communicating necessary adjustments to production supervisors.
Evaluate finished products for quality compliance, coordinate rework activities when needed, and verify completion of corrective actions.
Record and maintain inspection data by completing reports, logs, and quality documentation, including tracking rework and material waste in the quality database.
Operate and maintain measurement equipment in accordance with established procedures and operating instructions.
Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Stay current with industry standards and technical knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) to validate product conformity and process readiness.
Develop and maintain Micro-Vu and CMM inspection programs.
Train and mentor new and existing inspectors on quality assurance processes, procedures, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

60 Months of experience in quality Assurance.
Communication Proficiency.
Organization Skills
Mathematical Skills
Problem-Solving

Pay: $18.25 - $20.25/HR DOE
Shift: Monday – Friday 1 pm to 9:30 pm (Saturdays as needed / OT as needed)
