Human Resources Generalist
Location: Mount Pleasant, IA
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Shift: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Plan and lead employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and support conflict resolution.
- Coordinate performance management processes and employee development plans.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Participate in or lead company committees including Engagement, Safety, and Community initiatives.
- Manage internal communications, including digital signage and bulletin boards.
- Prepare and maintain reports on HR activities and metrics.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental and organizational success.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent HR experience.
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist or coordinator experience in a manufacturing setting.
Technical & Professional Skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in HR administration, employee relations, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Advanced computer proficiency in MS Office, email systems, and HRIS platforms.
