Looking for a bilingual Human Resource Generalist .If you love and have experience in the agricultural field, this is a perfect opportunity for you!

Job Description: 
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes. Assists in the administration of the benefit program. Maintains records and knowledge of insurance coverage plan to assist employees. Coordinates open enrollments and administers monthly benefit reconciliations. Assist with company event planning, which includes ordering meals, ordering rental equipment and grocery store runs.

Requirements:   
Bachelor’s degree in human resources with 2 years’ experience in a similar role; or equivalent/comparable work and educational experience to perform the Job
Minimum 2 years of related human resources experience.


Salary: $68,000 - $74,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
