Job Description

LIBRARY PARAEDUCATOR
Advance Services, Inc. is looking for dependable and caring individuals to work as Paraeducators within the school systems. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference by supporting students and teachers in an educational setting. 

Wage: $15.25-$19.00 DOE
Shift: Day shift- 8:00am-4:00pm, part time and full time opportunities available
Job Duties

  • Assist students and staff in locating books, digital resources, and research materials

  • Check library materials in and out using the library management system

  • Shelve, organize, and inventory books and media materials

  • Process new materials (labeling, covering, cataloging support)

  • Maintain an orderly, quiet, and welcoming library environment

  • Supervise students during study periods and independent work time

  • Provide basic technology support (printers, Chromebooks, databases, online research tools)

  • Assist with displays, bulletin boards, and literacy promotions

  • Support the librarian with special events, book fairs, and reading programs

  • Enforce school policies and procedures within the library

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
