Heavy Equipment Operator – Watertown, SD

We’re Hiring!

Join a company specializing in iron and metal products. We are seeking a hands-on Heavy Equipment Operator to work in a scrap yard in Watertown, SD. If you enjoy working outdoors and operating equipment, this is a great opportunity.
Job Duties:

  • Assist customers with unloading vehicles and trailers

  • Operate heavy equipment to move and organize metals

  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment

  • Sort metals by type and store in designated areas

  • Prepare materials using shredders and shears

  • Learn all aspects of the steel processing business
Pay & Schedule:

  • $20–$22/hour, based on experience

  • Day shift, Monday–Friday

  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Overtime opportunities available
