Heavy Equipment Operator – Sioux Falls, SD

We’re Hiring

Join a company specializing in iron and metal products. We are seeking a dependable Heavy Equipment Operator to work in a scrap yard environment, operating and maintaining equipment. If you enjoy working outdoors and staying active, this is a great opportunity.
Job Duties:

  • Assist customers with unloading vehicles and trailers

  • Operate heavy equipment to move and organize materials throughout the yard

  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment

  • Sort metals by type and store in designated areas

  • Prepare materials for processing using shredders and shears

  • Learn all aspects of the steel processing business
Pay & Schedule:

  • $20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience

  • Day shift, Monday through Friday

  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Overtime opportunities available
