Job Description

Advance Services is seeking a Harvest Scale Operator for a company in Sedan, NE. Employees will enjoy a safe work environment, safety and attendance incentives, and weekly pay!

Duties include:
  • Weigh incoming and outgoing grain trucks using computerized scale systems.
  • Accurately enter load information and maintain detailed records.
  • Prepare scale tickets and other required documentation.
  • Communicate with truck drivers, customers, and grain facility personnel.
  • Direct truck traffic safely through the facility.
  • Monitor grain deliveries and ensure proper routing to designated storage areas.
  • Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain organized records and perform basic office duties.
  • Maintain a clean and organized scale house.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with other harvest-related duties as assigned.

Schedule:
Seasonal Harvest Position – Hours vary based on harvest demands. Overtime, evenings, weekends, and extended hours may be required during peak harvest.

Wage:
$18.00/hour (DOE)
Hours: 8am-5pm, Overtime and weekends required during harvest
