Job Description

Hand Laborer – 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $16.60 per hour

About the Role:
Advance Services is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Hand Laborers to support our production operations. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy a team environment, and want to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain assembly or packing lines accurately.
Ensure the quality of finished products meets company standards.
Follow all production procedures and work instructions.
Provide guidance and training to assistants and contract workers.
Complete required paperwork and production reports.
Meet production schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Communicate production issues, delays, or changes to the Supervisor promptly.
Collaborate with Supply to maintain uninterrupted material flow.
Coordinate with Shipping to ensure timely removal of finished products.
Enforce and follow all Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
