Job Description

Advance Services Inc. is looking for a Bi-Lingual Lead HR Assistant.
The onsite HR lead will play a vital role in supporting warehouse operations by providing on-site human resources support to employees, leadership, and staffing partners. This role ensures a positive employee experience, compliance and company policies and efficient workforce management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily HR support to warehouse employees and supervisors
  • Ensure timekeeping, attendance and scheduling and accurate
  • Support safety initiatives and reinforce a culture of safety
Pay: $19-$22
Shift: 7am- 5pm 
Monday- Friday (Saturdays as needed)
